ShuttleVelo Terms of Service

By using ShuttleVelo, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service ShuttleVelo provides badminton video analysis for training and informational purposes only. Results are estimates and are not guaranteed to match radar-grade or laboratory-grade measurement.
2. User Content You may upload only videos that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you submit.
3. Analysis Results Analysis quality depends on video quality, frame rate, angle, visibility, motion clarity, and review outcome. ShuttleVelo does not guarantee that every upload will produce the same quality of result.
4. Purchases Digital purchases are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to the user’s App Store account settings and Apple policies.
5. Acceptable Use You may not use ShuttleVelo to upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content, or to interfere with the service.
6. Suspension We may suspend or limit access to the service in cases of misuse, fraud, unauthorized uploads, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.
7. Privacy Your use of ShuttleVelo is also governed by the ShuttleVelo Privacy Policy.
