## What to Include in a Support Request

To help us resolve your issue faster, include:
- your device model;
- your iOS version;
- the GifForge app version;
- a short description of the issue;
- steps to reproduce it; and
- screenshots or screen recordings, if relevant.

Please do not send sensitive payment card details.

## Common Topics

### Purchases and subscriptions
GifForge Pro subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple. You can:
- restore purchases from the Pricing screen in the app;
- manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings; and
- request billing help through Apple if your issue is related to App Store billing.

### Privacy requests
GifForge processes source videos locally on-device by default. If you contact us and want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you provided through support, email us at [email protected].

### Copyright concerns
Only use GifForge with media you own or have permission to use. If you believe we should review a legal or copyright issue related to support communications or public web content, contact [email protected] with relevant details.
